A. Characteristics of the product

Electric heating glass is a product composed of two or more pieces of tempered glass, with

PVB or special film bonding the pieces of glass together and between the glass and PVB or

special film, electric heating wires are inserted. When charged with electricity, the

heating wires generate a certain heat and thus the temperature of the glass is increased.

B. Scope of application

The electric heating glass is mainly applied to the pilothouses of all kinds of locomotives

and ships, portholes of ships, windshields of automobiles as well as the places with special

requirements.

C. Technical indexes

1. In conformity with GB14681-93,

2. To be used at an ambient temperature of -50℃ - 70℃, with a temperature difference between

inside and outside not larger than 65℃,

3. The transmittance of the glass should not less than 75%,

4. Nominal voltage: not larger than 220V,

5. Piling difference: not exceeding 2mm,

6. Flexibility: not larger than 0.3%.
