Originally, we mainly produce marine glass for domestic sales and overseas market such asJapan,Korea, andSingapore. Since 2005, we started to produce marine doors, windows, covers and more than 100 ships built in Shanhaiguan Shipbuilding Industry Co., Ltd; Huludao shipyard; Qingdao Beihai Shipbuilding Heavy Industry Co., Ltd; YanTai Raffles Offshore Co., Ltd and Dalian Shipbuilding Industry Co., Ltd were installed our products. They won good reputation among our clients. Not only our product have passed test of ABS, GL, BV, CCS, DNV, CR, NK but our factory has gained DNV, ABS, BV, CCS, NK ,CCS factory inspection.
We have always focused on product upgrading and new product research and development. We have developed and produced:
1.0.1-0.5Mpa watertight fireproof doors of class A60 series,
2.Fireproof windows series of class A-0, class A-60(test specification 2000mmX1500mm), and class H-120
3.High sound insulation window with 48DB, 50DB,and 53DB
We also tested class A-0, A-60(single or double open) weather tight fireproof doors, A-60 weather tight fireproof door has a stainless square window. All of the above products have gained ABS, DNV,CCS type approval certification.
